Option 2 - I suspect this will lose to Option 1, but I honestly prefer it more... the surging + dropping animation feels the most "real" to me, where the tissue is rapidly appearing before losing the battle with gravity and dropping down into a more natural looking position. Option 3 - hate the arm movement in such an otherwise still environment, it messes with the documentary feel and the growth is similar enough to 1's that it feels like a net loss overall. This looks great for 'a random TG/BE transformation video', but the behavior is completely at odds with the style you were seemingly going for
