Please find attached the official walkthrough for v0.3.5. It contains everything about the currently implemented interactions with other characters, quests and notable locations where things of note happen.
Notable changes are the new events (including TF events) caused by the rebel hack (see the main story section for more details on these), the 4 new quests added in this version and the new content added to Zara's "Diplomatic Relations" quest.
There are no character schedule changes in this version.
