v0.3.0 weekly update: shops, quests and outfits

Hello cadets!

Progress remains steady on the next version. We are currently working on the stores you will be able to visit and do some shopping at. Among these stores, you will be able to find a fetish store named "Eclipse Gallery" in the Red Light District and meet the enigmatic customer representative, Eris.

This store will offer some more kinky gear you cannot find on academy grounds, such as more depraved pieces of clothing and peculiar items you may find useful in some situations.

Quests

Among our efforts to keep the game organized, we have completed the quest system and quest log interface.

A quest is made of tasks. Depending on the context of the quest, you can have multiple tasks available right away, or completing some tasks can reveal subsequent tasks. Notifications will appear whenever a quest is started, completed or updated.

It is a versatile system that we hope will allow you to easily keep track of where you stand on the various quests offered by the game as it grows and offer more and more content.

Outfits

The outfit system has been completed and will be available as a tab in the wardrobe.

You will be able to create up to 10 custom outfits and it also provides a convenient button to equip the standard academy uniform you're expected to wear for classes.

Story

There's obviously quite a lot of writing work that needs to be done for free-roam to feel... well free. To that end, we're working on both a unified world state, which will allow everyone to enter the free-roam environment at the same point, and also enough initial content to accompany it to allow you to experience free-roam as envisioned. All that said, I do feel the need to put a disclaimer warning that with such a large scope of content promised, some areas will be noticeably shallower than others, but will be expanded on over time.
