QUICK UPDATE.
Added 2024-07-28 10:16:11 +0000 UTCSo I updated my game and now the ceilings are glitched in all of my builds, past and present. Unless the room has another enclosed room on top of it, the ceiling tiles act as if they are outside and they are a blue tint colour..... It's not a CC or Mod related issue, as it happens with Mods/CC removed and it also happens with a completely new save.
I have since found out that I am not the only one with this issue and EA are just going to have to fix this! So until then, all my building progress has come to a stand-still. However, I will just be focusing on CC Packs. I am currently working on a Baking pack.
It's super frustrating and considering how much money the game producers make, things like this simply should not happen....
