FAMILY OR SINGLE PARENT APARTMENT! 🏘️

It's finally here. I'm sorry it took so long, I had quite a few issues with Google Drive, it was being a bitch. I changed a few things since the sneak peek reveal. I added a teenage girl's room and a pool area, so it can now be either just a single parent apartment, or a Family apartment.

The apartment comes with 3 bedrooms, (1 adult room, 1 twin children's room and a teenage girl's room) 1 bathroom (I forgot to add a toilet before I saved the build, so you will just have to add one yourself) a kitchen and living room, with a fancy functional fireplace built into the TV unit, a private courtyard, balcony and a pool area. I stuck with the same theme throughout the entire apartment, besides the kids rooms. Because black and wood aren't really appropriate colours for kids rooms. The bunk beds are functional, however, not functional where I have placed them. You will have to move them around until they work. Read about them and how they work here

The Apartment was built on the "Fountainview Penthouse" in San Myshuno, so that is where you will have to place the build. If you do not have the "City Living" expansion pack, then this build won't really work in your game.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:

• Click on the download link, which will direct you to Google Drive.
• Download the file(s)
• Once you have downloaded and UNZIPPED the file(s), drag the TRAY FILES into your TRAY folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
• Place the CC FILES into your MODS folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 >
  Mods

The build, along with all of the CC, if downloaded correctly, should then appear in your "My Library" section inside your game.
