2025-11-03 15:04:24 +0000 UTCWe don't have anything concrete that states hell had tried to go against heaven, just that they was strong, so presumably Adam saw he'll getting strong and went "oh shit they could try something against us" and went to sera with basically fear mongering what it's, convinced her it was for the safety of heaven to cull hells number's, also technically everyone in that fight was attempting murder with each individual battle pens was just specifically trying to take out the leader after Al was take out of the fight

The issue with miracles is that the most improbable set of scenarios are more realistic than a miracle. This might not be a "direct intervention from god" miracle but the logic still holds that this was believed impossible. Due diligence is to check other possibilities before believing the impossible.

2025-11-02 01:52:01 +0000 UTCI dislike how Lute went about things but in a way Lute wasn’t FULLY wrong she just went the wrong way because hell had tried to gain power many times and the way Sir Pentious atoned was essentially if you boil down to bare bones he attempts a murder and gets into heaven even though it was for selfless reasons it was still attempted murder Lute isn’t wrong per se but her view is EXTREMELY warped and twisted this is not me condoning lutes actions but they have some basis in logic but not without a basis in obsession

2025-11-01 21:24:15 +0000 UTCIt looks like there's just more security now for souls coming into Heaven and tight restrictions on the higher angels who might have been able to go to earth/hell's the embassy (it doesn't seem like Winners can go anywhere). I could be wrong, but I don't think there are individual sections or whatever that Sera is blocking off - it's the entirety of Heaven. It does bring into question how much traffic there usually is going *out* of Heaven though. We know about the cherubs from Helluva Boss, but do any of the other angels have jobs outside of Heaven, and how will the barrier affect that? I do think Sera intends for the barrier to be temporary though, just a precaution until she can figure out how to work things out with Charlie/Lucifer regarding redemption and stopping the exterminations (which I'm sure will go smoothly with no issues at all...). Also...it could totally just be b/c he's wearing Adam's helmet, but there are moments when Abel makes kinda suspicious expressions? If Pen hadn't randomly appeared from the floor, I'd think Abel let him in (not to say redemption isn't a thing, but it still seems like someone would need to let him in?). Abel may not like confrontation, but that doesn't mean he isn't pulling some strings behind the scenes. Granted, his agenda might be "good" and end up working in Charlie's favor! I really just want him to stay a sweet bean~

Also Sera's song was way better second time I heard it. Also Emily definitely got stuck on the wrong side of Heaven's lockdown. That's going to be Sera's freak out that let's Lute slip free and cause damage that leads to the major conflict, and they're going to blame Sir Pentious because she was with him last.

I also just appreciate the parallels between them and Chaggie. Leaders with their lieutenants. While Chaggie’s relationship isn’t perfect there is so much love and support there, GuitarSpear seemed to be one-sided and toxic on all fronts. I’m here for Lute’s downward spiral though, let’s freakin go!

Also, I'm so glad Sera realized the error of her ways now instead of later in the season. Her redemption arc is going to be an interesting one. And that song was just beautiful.
