Just as a tip, you can find subtitles for shows and movies online, there are plenty of websites for it, the one I've used before is opensubtitles.com. One thing is that they can be out of sync when the show or movie is on multiple streaming services with branded intro animations of different lengths, or if the subtitles assume there is no intro animation.

And it's no wonder the animation style is reminiscent of Adventure Time, since Patrick McHale (director and producer of OTGW) worked on that show for a long time as well. The fall and Halloween mood and atmosphere is impeccable.
