2025-07-27 19:29:37 +0000 UTCThe Hungry Earth - My guess is these are the episodes that broke the camel's back when it came to no longer reacting to Doctor Who. - The Silurians are an antagonist from the old Who series. - It's not all bad. Re-introducing the Silurians here allowed for a wonderful recurring character to be introduced later. Cold Blood - Recent science suggests the moon did hit the Earth and glanced off it before settling into orbit. - Yes I too find these stories where peace could be achieved if it weren't for boneheaded people doing the worst thing every time immensely frustrating. - "Squeaky bum time" - you don't have this expression? Where sweat and nervous shifting causes squeaking sounds against the fabric of a chair. I could see how it could be misinterpreted.
