The idea behind this is an AU, likely quirkless, where Enji is the head of a prestigious firm which Touya wants nothing to do with and so runs away from home. He hangs out with his chums, Tomura and Himiko and a few others, but when his money runs and he can no longer fund his newfound vices, Touya becomes disillusioned and runs back to Daddy.
At the beach, Enji gives an interview about his son's return, meanwhile Touya notices the friends he exchanged for the easy life, having fun and looking at him. Touya feels ashamed for having gained weight and for abandoning them, but it's too late to go back. Despite the unfortunate tattoo, he knows his dad loves him and that he himself doesn't have what it takes to be a rebel.
A wholesome idea, Enji notices how uncomfortable Touya is and offers him his towel to cover himself with.
