I can only imagine how difficult Draco's life would be if he put on a few, especially from his mother and father. The Room of Requirement is the perfect hidden place for Harry to encourage Draco to let it go and to cease starving himself.
Harry's second arm/hand placed upon Draco was a last minute change in line with the tonal shift.
In the future I'd love to draw more HP characters chubby, especially Fred, George and Ron.
