No spiraling/racing thoughts, slowed heart rate, slowed breathing, even falling asleep for brief moments. So thank you for that!! 🫂🫶🏼 But if I was in that situation, I would have hugged oh so tight, like I would never want to let go yet be so gentle and soft! While also gently strumming my thumb back and forth on their tense back. While also gently running my hand through there hair (using my other hand) while also gently whispering in their ears all the things that they need and deserve to hear! It would be like beautiful poetry just spilling out from the soul for your love/darling/angel to hear!
