The Future

Hope you're all well! I just wanted to update everyone on some really cool stuff I'm working on at the moment; honestly, I just needed to word vomit about things for a little bit!

This has been a really big year for me, not just because I started a Patreon (thank you all for being here, by the way), but because as of this month I'm finally taking medication for ADD. I've known I needed to get officially diagnosed for years, but seeing professionals is expensive, and there were always things that felt more pressing at the moment. However, after many years of trying and failing to manage ADD by myself, I finally decided it was time to try something else. So now I'm on new medicine and I've felt really in touch with my creative drive for the first time in a while - not just for my art, but for creative hobbies in general.

The first thing I want to talk about is comics. I love adult comics, and I've been wanting to do some of my own pretty much ever since I got started in the nsfw sphere. I always told myself I wasn't skilled enough, didn't work quickly enough, or just didn't have good enough ideas. But you know what? Fuck that noise. I want to make both short one-shots, and longer multi-chapter stories, but I REALLY want to make vertical format comics, like what you see on webtoon. And unfortunately, there isn't really a good platform for vertically scrolling adult comics. So I'm getting my own website set up, and I've already found a theme that organizes things perfectly, meaning I can just host my own webcomics! I won't make any grand promises about how quickly I'll get them done, especially since comics are very time-consuming and I'm still a newbie. But having a website that's mine is very important to me, especially with the current climate on social media regarding adult content. 

Next thing, and the thing I'm most excited about: I've started working on a game! It's nothing fancy, and I'm still in the writing phase, but it's going to be a kinky adult visual novel in a fantasy setting, with some peril/DiD themes. I'm working on designing the central character right now, and I think y'all are going to LOVE her, not to mention seeing her in various *unfortunate* situations. I actually started working on the idea about a month ago, and the outline of the whole story is already done, so now all that's left to do is just make the damn thing! 

Anyway, at some point soon (idk exactly when) I'm going to be making a new tier to help support these new projects. The base tier isn't going anywhere, and there won't be any changes to it; I'll still do monthly polls and bdsm pinups, and you'll still see them as soon as they're done. But I'll be adding a new $5 tier for comic and game dev stuff, where anyone who wants can follow my progress and help me make big decisions! If all goes well this won't be my last game, so you'll also get to help me make decisions about future projects as well!
