Adora wasn't always the most observant, but even she could see that this new Horde Lord was just Catra in a terrible fake moustache. Surely the others could see that too, but maybe the years of looking at Catra's face meant she could always recognise her no matter what she looked like.
Patron suggestion: Catra in her suit with a handle bar mustache, twirling it evilly while sitting on Hordaks throne.
