Jeff Kober played Randall...he has long been one of my fave journeyman actors. He's everywhere, but rarely the main focus. I remember him scaring the crap out of a pre-teen me in The First Power...but my all time fave role of his is in Tank Girl. He's buried under makeup, but plays the sweetest character...so a complete departure from most of his usual bad guy roles.
