2021-01-18 03:50:19 +0000 UTCAs for her ties with Hydra, like Jim Lillis said above - Hydra "created" her with the Mind Stone, led by Baron Von Strucker - so the Hydra commercial is just a disconnected memory of her past... just like the Stark commercial from Ep. 1, where she blamed Stark for the loss of her parents. So, it seems the commercials will/may be her connections/memories of her real past life.

Her rewinding time after seeing that guy in the bee suit proves that she isn't ready to face reality (reality being that vision is dead and this is how she copes with his death by creating this fantasy) The person on the radio is the Asian cop or detective in Ant-Man.
