This was a bit of a drawover/custom sketch combo and I love the results. I will say though, vehicles and guns are SO much harder to draw than they might initially seem.
MGS3 might be one of my favorite games ever, so I jumped at the opportunity to draw this!
I'm particularly happy with the desaturated look and motion blur. I definitely think the low contrast desaturated look helps with that vintage 70's aesthetic for the game's time period, and it also just looks a lot better on sketches!
