Eve the dragoness has a large group of devoted followers, many of which end up catering to her every whim from foot rubs, to full body massages, but most importantly (and frequently) as snacks!
If they do a good job as servants then she makes sure that their trip down to her guts is as pleasant as possible... It's still horrendously gross and acidic but at least her followers get a moment of intimacy before sliding down her slimy gullet <3
