Patron Retention and New Content Poll!

SO I've seen a concerning drop in patrons lately even though I'm uploading at a pretty consistent rate. I know that for a lot of people who have left it's mostly due to finances getting harder to manage and believe me, I completely understand!

But as Patreon is a major contributing factor to my own financial stability I do have to consider retention as a major factor and perhaps there is something I can do to make my Patreon more valuable for you guys.

To be clear I will never turn this place into a paywall. It will still remain early access to my work and I will still upload finished work to the public at low res on FA/Twitter and eventually Bluesky (maybe).

But with that said I have posted this Patron only poll with a list of things that I am hoping will make supporting my work more worthwhile for you all!

However I also genuinely want a Patron only poll as you guys have already supported me with your monies and I would love to know what I can do to make your patronage worthwhile <3

Hey guys, I had a conversation with some friends recently and the topic of planning for the future came up. SOOO I have a huge favor to ask of you all. Would you please let me know your thoughts on this poll I made? I'm really wanting to expand my content beyond just being a commission artist and I have some personal ideas that I'd love to try out, but they all involve a great deal of financial risk.

Ideally I would love to do ALL of these, and that is the long term goal! But in the short term I'd love to know which of these ideas you guys think I should pursue first? I'll always take on general commissions, but I feel like I haven't done any personal art for so long and there seems to be a good deal of interest many of you have for my own ideas and more Cid content in general :3

Anyway if you have a minute to review the poll and give me your thoughts, I would be extremely grateful!

Again these are things that would require some level of financial support, either through patreon, twitch subs, or direct funding (in the auction/sketch stream/merch scenario). This isn't saying you'd be required to pay to access this content! None of it would be paywalled directly, only that if I'm going to make it publicly available, it would need to be funded first. Acid Trips - A youtube channel idea that would involve podcasts, artists interviews, art tutorials...etc
Ladder Auctions - Personal vorny/NSFW content funded through auctions that get progressively more elaborate as the price goes up. Would definitely still involve your own characters as well with restrictions (For Example: a Cid vore comic would limit the prey species to mice characters)
Livestreams - More community content with games and art! This could be live sketch drawing, Art Q&A, more gamer Cid content, a community MineCraft Server...etc
Cid Merch - Custom pokemon cards, Cid Plushie!!!, custom character booklets (think DnD or video game manual style), game/desk mats, stickers...etc
