Even in a civilized society, rodents just can't help their nature. Sneaking into "regular" sized apartments through false outlets to steal food, drugs, and any other supplies that sell for a mint on the rodent black market.
And it turns out that Pip here got mixed up with a gang of rat punks and is in a pretty desperate situation...
