Extra tier, what do YOU wanna see in the future?

I wanted to do a quick post and ask, what kind of exclusive things people subbed to this tier would like to see more of? I have a piece in the works and some plans for all tiers, but what specific to only that tier would you want?
Another monthly thing? Raffles? Another poll? I'm open for hearing ideas as I want to make it more worth while, beyond being just a more generous tier with comm price discounts.

Example would be voting for a body part expansion (lips, breast, butt or other), adding markings/tattoos, changing the colors of the character, or anything that would be a simple adding and/or change for an alt. But I think Scott's idea sounds better.
