I'll be honest, I thought SMV was a huge drop off from RLD. RLD was damn near perfection in stakes, villains, escalation, and especially pacing. SMV, outside of ep1 and ep11 was... boring. The whole arc hinged on whether or not you connected with Muirichio, the Misty Boy, and... well... I didn't. That could be a me thing, I acknowledge. UM5 and UM4 were no where near as interesting as Daki and Gyutaro as villains, and Mist and Kanroji were not as interesting as Tengen. So, other than the HUGE Nezuko reveal, this whole arc could have been a 90min movie.

2023-08-27 14:11:44 +0000 UTCAgreed season 2 has been great so far, but getting CSM first seems better, as it only has 12 episodes so far. Compared to that JJK will have almost 50 episodes and a movie by the end of season 2, so that will take much longer to get through.
