Could never find anywhere to watch this that's not blocked in my country.. But holy hell the freaking art and animation in this one is so high quality. GuP always had really great character animations, but this is just next level. Momo's family and the quiet moments in Das Finale 2 are just as good and fluid as any action scenes, with multiple characters being in full body motion/body language/facial expressions at once. Truly movie quality. Other stand out moments are the combat manoeuvres the girls themselves use leap up/down from tanks and the B C Freedom Commander's and Sodoko's animations being standouts...
