The guy who plays Art is having such a fun time. What makes the character distiguishable to me is that when he's making jokes, he's actually genuinely silly and it's pretty funny to watch. It's disarming because it makes you think that playing into it might keep you safe. But then when his eyes narrow and that sadistic side sets in, you realize you were never safe. You were dead the moment you crossed his path.
