September Notes

Hello everyone, this month has been very interesting because, after so much news, or rather the lack of it, we can finally see a little light at the end of the tunnel.

As you know, since June of this year, the situation at my parents' house has not been the best due to my father's health.

These last three months have been difficult for me. I felt sad and worried, and it affected my work pace. I had even lost the desire to devote my free time to other things.

But after several months, we finally know what is wrong with my father. Fortunately, he does not have anything malignant in his liver, as we all thought.
It seems that my father has excess iron in his liver, which is causing all his stomach problems, as well as hepatitis. The next step will be to decide on the medical treatment he will receive. If I remember correctly, he doesn't need surgery, just medication and medical checkups.

Despite the good news, this isn't over yet, but knowing that he doesn't have the disease that starts with C. is something that has made me feel calmer this month. I'll keep an eye on everything related to my father. And I'll let you know when he's fully recovered.

I want to thank everyone who sent good wishes during these difficult months. I am truly grateful. Now we just have to wait for my father to find out what treatment he will receive, and I hope everything goes well.

Moving on to the progress I've made this month, we also have good news in that regard, hehe.

With Vol n Blade this month, I've had the opportunity to work on sprites and some documents on the basic mechanics. The progammer has already programmed the characters' special attacks, and the musician has finished the sub-bosses music for the stage

In October, work will be done on the pause screen and, possibly, on the money counter

Now, regarding the first chapter of Diableret Castle, we have some very good news and one small negative detail.

The good news is that the chapter is almost entirely finished, the Spanish version is complete, and all the dialogue has been written.
A few extra details are missing, but it's something that can be done quickly...

The negative aspect is the English translation; currently, 20 pages out of a total of 49 have been translated.
If the current translator doesn't give me any progress in the last few days, I'll have to find another one.

I'm sorry I couldn't publish the comic this month due to the translation. I hope to have news about the translation this week.

That's all for this month. October, the month of fear and the anniversary of Patreon, is coming up, so this year's activities will be similar to last year's. I'm also thinking about whether I'll do another collection of scary Touhou images.
