February Notes

The idea of writing a kind of "diary" or summary of each month is something that had occurred to me since last year, but given how eventful this month was for me, I think it's worth starting now.

February was not very active in terms of original content because I currently have a fairly large number of commissions and many of them are complicated to do and require more time. Normally when you see me "inactive" on networks it is because I am making a lot of commissions.

With this I don't want to imply that I "suffer" a lot doing paid illustrations. On the contrary, I am happy to have many orders and that people want some illustration from me.But as a result of that, my time for my own drawings is reduced.

Another thing that has kept me busy this month is that I am currently about to move to another city. I am from the north of Mexico and I am going to live alone in the center of the country. So this year will be very significant for me as I become an independent person in a big city.

Regarding Volt N Blade (the game that I am developing with 2 other people), I have not shown many "advances" about its development because the things I am currently doing are documentations and proposals for the game interface (something not very attractive see) but the game has continued its development, in fact we currently have new musician on the team.

I hope next month I can make more art or sprites. (I don't mind making interfaces, but it's not as fun as drawing pictures)Finally, there is my comic "Diablerete Castle". I was uploading sketches of the first pages, but due to commissions, moving and having a tooth pulled a few days ago, I haven't been able to advance it any further. It bothers me a little that I can't advance it faster, honestly, it's something I want to do.

But I promise you that this year I have an episode of those monster maids.
