Dragon can just introduce himself and bs a reason to meet daichi (or kensei), and daichi can later claim sharing that information must have been his true goal (after he tells tsunade of course, cant let a hokage gag order get in the way)

Is Dragon going to Guve them under a Secret Alliance against the (I forget their Names, Pein's Group.). Or Maybe give the pakage away cause of his Core Principles and Rebellion against the Corrupt System. Or Maybe his tries the first but Daichi or someone else manages to 'Snag' a Scroll just in time before the Guy Escapes. Either way, there are ways it could go wrong, but that's what back up Plans are for. Plus even if the Hokage Snatchs the info Package. 14 Days is more than enough time to either realise the Blood Vials are of Tsunade's Dead Family or that the Info they collect should be easily cracked with Daichi's help. And since the Genin is in the loop, might as well make use of him once he's had a day or 3 to calm Down.
