Feat. everyone's favorite computer, GLaDOS (from Portal)
1- Early rough sketch: The first thing I did was sketch out a very simple and rough version of Glados by looking at some random references of her from the game.
2- Sketch draft: With the rough version done, I proceed to draw a more proper sketch with more details, fixing the proportions and double checking the references as well.
3- Sketch tweak 2: The posing was too stiff so at the request of the client I started doing some simple tweaks to the angle at which glados shows up.
4- Sketch tweak 3: Same as last one except a little more and the head staying the same angle.
5- Lineart: Oof, with the sketch finally done and properly placed I now proceed to draw all the clean lineart with the proper details and everything.
6- Flat colors: Now I color every section with a selection of simple colors I think will adapt to the character (since getting the colors of the references is a little complicated)
