Feat. their Groudon pokemon OC, Azure, having some fun with a cute tiny dragon.
The dragon is Ari, a huge facesitting smother afficionado.
Yeah, I dunno how he's still alive either.
- 1- Azure sketch: Azure is the main event of the commission, so I took the time to properly draw her based on her reference. The trickiest part was definitely getting the head/face done right, since it's clearly not a humanoid face and neither a dragon/like face like the ones I'm used to draw. I was also asked to make her a little more pudgy here.
- 2- Ari sketch: Ari is mostly hidden beneath the huge woman on top so it wasn't exactly necessary to draw the whole thing! It was necessary however to give him a proper face expression to suit the moment ;).
- 3- Final sketch: With everything in, I just hide the overlapping sections and color the strokes properly
- 4- Flat colors: Now comes the basic flat colors taken from their respective designs and references each.
- 5- Final details: Last but not least, I add some simple effects to the faces and a little dialogue I felt was fitting.
