Added 2022-03-07 02:14:19 +0000 UTCDue to (yet another) mistake from my part, I didn't turn on the record setting for the
February's reward for patreon Teejster1, featuring their favorite Gallade OC character doing the famous Jack-o-valentine pose!
This one was very straightforward so all the steps are usual protocol:
- 1- Sketch: The 1st sketch was very straight forward, being familiar with the pose already and having drawn this character before, I didn't have too much trouble creating this sketch.
- 2- Lineart: On this step I drew all the clean lines with all the details on them.
- 3- Flat colors: Then I filled all the lines with the proper colors needed for the design
- 4- Gradients: then I went to each color and added a simple dark and light gradient.
- 5- Shading: I add 3 colored layers with settings and all for the shadows and highlights.
- 6- Lighting effects: Now to some glow and light effects as usual
- 7- Env. shadows: And last but not least. I add the environmental shadows!
