[Report] Brendon gets wheels.
Added 2022-04-23 00:18:24 +0000 UTCHello friends! Another week of work and as I had planned I worked on the animations for the first scene of the game. It's a pretty out of the box scene and will probably be the one I'll make available to you in advance as a sneak peek of Step 3.
Also, I fixed the bug that prevented me from moving the scenarios around, and that gives me freedom to expand the city. Designing a city is not an easy task, but I want Blowhard to be a nice place to live, and I plan more places to visit and explore in the future.
So it's important that Brendon has a convenient way to get around. I had thought about a scooter before, but I haven't had time to introduce it yet. The idea is not to drive through the streets (at least not yet π€), it's more to take away the feeling that the characters teleport around the city. The scooter will be in the garage and by clicking on it, options for destinations will appear. Brendon is a gentleman, so he's unlikely to refuse to give Nicole a ride if she needs to.
I redid the Nutters' house, where Chloe and Jason live. It's also the house where Barney and his sister grew up and this will show up in the game. I plan to use this house for other content involving the Nutter family so it's a very important place.
