Yeah regarding the bloodline thing, it's actually not a plot hole... Ramphueng is cursing the bloodline AND the reincarnations of these people that did her and her son harm (Girl didn't left any tables unturned with her curse). In reincarnations, you don't have to be reborn in the same bloodline. So yeah, even if Khem's past lives don't have any future bloodline because they died too young, their souls can still be reincarnated on a different bloodline. For me, the more pressing question is how did Khem's mother knew that they were cursed? It seems like their past lives didn't know shit about this. Even Kheemika didn't know anything. Maybe Peem's grandfather told her? That's the one I liked to know more about.
