Sorry you didn't like this series, I guess it's not for everyone lol... I really love it, one of my favourite rewatches for a few reasons: I like the main couple individually and together, plus the whole mental health struggle was done pretty well... The only 2 things I disliked were the dad beating (I understand some cultural things but it was excessive), and I also wish there was at least some mention at the end that Bai Lang is actually seeing a therapist. I think maybe we can imagine Jin Xun'an made sure he went to therapy but it wasn't mentioned directly & I wish it had been. But the rest was great. I liked the acting & the chemistry between all the characters- they just genuinely seemed like a group of people who hang out together, with banter and lived-in relationships. It was a good series.
