Poll #465 - Crows in the Attic/Domain of the Singing Wolf Content

Hey all!

I'm working on some spooky stuff based on my love of the old Ravenloft setting. This content will be labeled Crows in the Attic.

I'm taking the Kartakass section of Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft and fleshing them out. The first such bit was the Velhaven post I just released. There's a few more spots in Kartakass (aka, the Domain of the Singing Wolf) below for us to explore. Pick the one you think sounds most interesting.

The Catacombs—A deadly series of undead-infested caverns rumored to hold the fabled Crown of Corruption.

Rotfang Vale—Goblyn-infested badlands.

Nightwrought Manor—A pocket-dimension within the Domain of Singing Wolves ruled by an evil intelligent sword named Shadowblight.

Fenlow—A fishing village of crafters who compete to create stranger and stranger mechanical wonders and effects, many of which are dark and deadly. The line between magic and theater blur, and few of its citizens can tell the difference.

Minstrel—The largest town in the land filled with musicians and artists, many of whom are obsessed with fame and will do anything to achieve it. Vice, criminality, dark bargains, and worse mark the location.

Melodian—An old town whose resident musicians and artists are more interested in honing their talents than achieving fame and fortune. There is an important club there where artists present their work. Those who fail to impress go into exile. But the club has a darker secret.

Feralhymn Forest—A dense forest where a sourceless chorus drifts through the trees. Potentially haunted.

Dunkelhaus—A sanctum for illusionists who use their illusory magic in dark ways.

The Blackthorn Enclave—A fortress in the forests home to mage-hunters and witchslayers. Many consider them fanatics.

The Woodman's Cabin—A cabin owned by a powerful, lawful-aligned lycanthrope who serves as a protector of the land. The characters may seek the woodman for protection.

Droswain—Droswain’s villagers hold a deep disdain for art, music, and illusion, seeing them as dangerous tools of manipulation and decadence. They view the artistic culture of the rest of the domain as a corrupting influence, blaming it for the illusions and deceptions that plague the region.
