One-Word Prompt: Gua and the Mutants of Ratchek's Playground

I took a break on the content schedule over the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday and (and to still deal with some serious abdominal pain). During that time, our friend, Nacho, came up with this cool piece for the leader of the mutants, Gua, the All-Seeing Worm. You can expect a BFRPG/5e stat block for him soon as well as some for rank-and-file mutants.
But I need some allies/pets for these guys, too.
In the comments below, give me a single word to describe an ally or pet. I'll turn that into a monster that you can find in Ratchek's Playground.
1) Keep it clean
