Update 8/9/24: I've added in mutations by specific terrain type as well as a few more basic mutations.

Zalgul-3's heavily polluted environment, saturated with toxic chemicals, radioactive waste, and biological contaminants, has dramatically increased mutations among the planet's wildlife. The constant exposure to hazardous substances has caused genetic anomalies, resulting in creatures that are often grotesquely altered from their original forms.

The simple templates listed below can be applied during the game with minimal effort,, allowing you to quickly and easily spring a mutated creature on the party without digging up or generating a specific stat block.
