Heroes, heed the call!

In a time long past, a masterful cult handcrafted a complex, intricately ventilated by grand clay pipes to ensure fresh air flowed through its sacred halls. Ancient bronze grates adorned these pipes, blending seamlessly into the stonework, unseen by all but the most discerning eyes.

But now, this once-great structure lies in ruins, its pipes shattered, and the air exchanger, a marvel of its time, lost to the ages. A mighty dragon once laid its claim here, tearing down the entrance to this ancient air chamber to nest its egg where the machinery once thrived. The beast was slain soon after, its fierce battle leaving the structure in ruin.

Bereft of its draconic guardian, the egg withered, warping under the tomb's dark influence into a necrotic abomination. This necroegg, twisted by death, now pulses with foul necromantic energies, animating the long-dead and turning them into protectors of this forsaken place. Through the broken air pipes, its malevolent power spreads, bringing the entombed to a restless, unholy life.

The heroes’ journey begins at the stairway in the square room, leading down into the depths of the tomb. To the south, chambers once used for embalming the dead await your exploration. The central tomb, a testament to a great king, stands with a massive sarcophagus on a raised platform, flanked by four smaller ones and surrounded by ten tombs, each holding two to four more sarcophagi.

The northern chamber lies in ruins. Its west end collapsed, and its north wall was lined with niches containing more of the entombed, now under the necroegg's sinister thrall.

Adventurers, rise to the challenge! Delve into these ancient halls, confront the necromantic horrors within, and restore peace to this desecrated tomb. The fate of the land rests in your hands!
