Call for Suggestions #114: Birdfolk and Their Nests

Since yesterday's post, I've put together a plethora of tables related to birdfolk (aka aarakocra, but SRD, etc.)
Here's what I've got so far:

This will also come with a whole bunch of monsters that I plan to stat both for 5e and OSE play. There'll be some adventure hooks, attitudes, and probably some variants, too, to create different types of birdfolksβsimple templates that you can add.
In addition to all this, what else do you want to see?
The goal is to make this the ultimate resource for putting together a BYO birdfolk nest dungeon/adventure. Kinda like Dungeons & Lairs but waaaay more versatile.

How about variant lineages for different species of bird in the bird folk? Like, a bird person resembling a hawk gets a bunch of extra fly speed, etc. A penguin could get a swim speed instead of flight and resistance to cold. Ostrich gets a crazy move speed, peregrine gets a boost to initiative rolls, swifts only need a short rest to gain the benefits of a long rest, kakapo gets a huge bonus to stealth and/or advantage on rolls, stuff like that. Heck, you could even play with mythological birds and such, maybe give them free cantrips. A Phoenix bird person gets spare the dying, a Devil Bird gets toll the dead, the Benu bird gets prestidigitation, stuff like that.
