Poll 416 - Less is more?
Added 2024-01-10 00:40:43 +0000 UTCHey all!
Dungeon24 is my major project this year, but really doesn’t eat up too much time. However, now that we’ve hit nearly 1,000 PDFs here, I’m wondering… should we reduce our output, focusing on story-driven, medium-length adventures instead of shorter weekly releases?
Here is what I’m thinking:
1) One major adventure per month, accessible to all aventure subscribers.
2) Foundry subs still get Foundry packs.
3) Gold subs get a physical copy (just the book) of the monthly adventure.
4) Plat subs get the “VHS Collector’s Edition” version, with bonus goodies.
Everyone gets full access to their respective catalogs. No limit.

+1 For january and february i don't see many rewards besides dungeon 24 and a few freebies, no more adventures? I went down from to copper to trinket as material was steering away from what i liked to find here. I'm kind of lost too...

2024-03-05 17:01:23 +0000 UTCI think what you need to to is less different types of things. Your content is getting more fragmented than usual and its getting personally frustrating trying to figure out what content you are providing. You said you were going to make PF2E content due to the OGL fiasco. I either missed it or you didn't do it. You are working on a 5 adventure anthology for black flag material. You have the Iron Desert DCC material that you asked for our opinion on and than did what you wanted anyway. You have the Horror backerkit. This is separate from patreon but you've had the dive bar horror adventure so I'm listing it here as one of things you are working on that we might expect to see in the future. You have the campaign book The Curse of the Eldritch Sigil after you hit D&L#100. You had polls/one work prompt calls/or announcements for Curse of the Raven Queen's Tomb, Hive of the Honey Cultist, and What Horrors Lurk in Miserth Keep. I have zero clue what these are for. I have scrolled back several times trying to see if I missed a release or announcement but there is so much going on I. You have the Just Passing Through series. Which I enjoy and seems popular. Are these going to continue? You just redid your sub tiers to adjust for these are you going to adjust your tiers again? Judging from other comments to this poll, I'm not the only one that is confused at what is happening or even where you are headed. I don't know how you would be able to keep your sanity with all this going on and you deliver good content for your sub don't get me wrong. I've been a sub for years and lets be honest, this jumping around of your content isn't new, but this time its even worse IMO. It feels like you are at a inflection point of what you are wanting to do and provide. Which is fine, and good from time to time. I just ask that whatever you do, please just stick to it so that our expectations are set and met to what you are providing!

2024-01-12 13:11:51 +0000 UTCI can’t really lower prices, especially with the library being wide open (we have 100 some FVTT packs!) And the D24 stuff will eventually make its way into Foundry following completion of the bits. So when Sanguine Dawn is done, we will package it up and call it “Ghoul Inn”, etc.
