Occupation: Unemployed, but serves as a handyman, especially doing woodwork/carpentry.

Favorite food: Anything except fish and shellfish.

Orientation: Bisexual.

There’s a lot more than meets the eye when talking about Kurt, and this was well known to his mother, who lovingly called him ‘Kyut’ (V does that too).

At a young age, he was really small compared to others, but that didn’t stop him from defending his big brother from bullies who picked on him for being affectionate. This always got him in trouble with teachers and authorities, and it earned him a name as a troublemaker. When he became a teenager, he was labeled as a delinquent. 

At age 16, he ran away from home due to his parents arguing with him about his future. Iber sided with their parents, and an angered and frustrated Kurt shouted at him “You don’t tell me nothing! You’re not even part of this family!” 

First he took refuge with his childhood friends Sam and Tori at their Uncle’s place in exchange for work, mostly babysitting for Tori and Kimchi, and doing dishes and cleaning around their restaurant, a Korean seafood grill. Later he started waiting tables, too. Until the day Iber appeared in the restaurant looking for him. 

He ran away again, full of sorrow and remorse, and wandered from town to town doing numerous jobs. He spent time as a waiter, a janitor, a motor mechanic helper, and even worked in a nightclub as a bar helper and…other things.

In this last job he met his first real lover, Marco or “Marte”, the casanova son of the Nightclub/Bar owner. Even though he had gone out with women before, he had never done anything serious with men, and this was his first relationship with someone of the same sex.

That relationship turned toxic, and it came to an end, because Marco physically and mentally abused Kurt.

The unhappy pig decided to go back home.  He got settled again with his brothers, who forgave him, and, a little after that, he met Jimmy.

It’s been hard for Kurt to settle back into farm life. He started to sleep on the back storage room couch that step by step started becoming his workshop and bedroom (although he’s refused to replace his couch.) Later, Virgil put an old black and white TV there where the family sometimes watches old TV shows and movies

Kurt at first didn’t take to Jimmy…at all, but that's for another time
