Daily Challenge #26. Iri Adventure #4, WIP

Starting this week a day early. Gonna try to shift my work schedule into something more natural, with weekends actually being days off. Also aiming to fix my daily routine in general. I probably need to dial down the work intensity too (didn’t really manage that today though — really wanted to get at least part of the comic done, but I'll try again next time).
Today i've got a part of a new page from the interactive comic about the adventures of Iri the dragoness. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to finish the whole page in one day, so i'll have to split it into parts.. Coming up with ideas and drawing all the dynamic and unusual angles and poses isn't that easy for me.. I used to struggle with stuff like that for weeks. Sometimes I'd even drop it because it just wasn't working, only to come back months or even years later to finish it. Honestly, even now a ton of sketch drafts may end up in the trash before something finally makes it to clean linework :)
Thinking back to where it all started years ago, even just drawing "character standing, side view, nice and straight" felt like a big win back then, heh. :)
