Boosty page announcement, a message to patrons from Russia

This is mainly for my supporters from Russia, Belarus, and everyone else who can no longer use Patreon payment system for some reason, but still wants to be in touch with my work and keep me afloat.
It has the same donation tiers structure with roughly equivalent value, and going to be a mirror of my Patreon content here starting from the last couple posts. Also, all the posts at Boosty page are going to get Russian translation, including those long read dragon tribes texts - I'm only getting started with them :)
