Here's the second chunk of small villages that will appear in the first book of the drop-in settlements series, Just Passing Through - 20 Small Medieval Villages. These haven't been proofed yet, so there are bound to be a few typos. Regardless, I wanted to get them out to you all because I'm having a lot of fun making these. I tried spicing it up a bit, tossing in a couple that are mostly farms, some that are in the mountains, one by a swamp, and even one secretly ruled by a giant, intelligent spider.

In the campaign I've been running for the past few years, the adventurers do a lot of travel on the road, and it makes it so easy to pop these maps into Roll20 (our VTT of choice) with very little prep - I even copy and paste your details in GM mode right into the map so the players never even see me consulting notes. You make me look good! Thanks!

2023-02-24 04:30:08 +0000 UTCMy goal is to keep 20 to a book, so I've got to leave a few things on the cutting room floor, lest they wear out their welcome. But there'll be additional supplements with inns, smithies, etc. to help fluff 'em out some.

Settlement and town maps are a dime a dozen, but having the good content on top of the map really delivers value :)
