I will work on #1 tonight, but I'm interested in building out the starting location soon after that. Below, I've listed the eight main starting locations. Pick the one that you like best and I'll do a write-up for it.
They're all based on the sorcerer-kings' domains. If you aren't familiar with those, I've included the lore document below. The two that are missing are the Order of the Crimson Blade (they're nomads) and the Brotherhood of the Blackened Chain (they operate all over).
