I apologize - no more "half adventures."

Hey all,

I want to apologize for the last two releases. I didn't realize that the collaborators were giving me half adventures until it was close to time to release them. This decision came from within our organization, so I don't blame the collaborators.

Even still, I should have made the call and said no to the concept straight away. So I take full blame.

I've made it very clear that I won't be doing this again as it harms this brand more than it boosts the collaborators' own accounts.

For those of you who enjoy the adventures and ended up becoming patrons for the collaborators, I'm glad it worked out. But for those of you that are miffed by the style, I'm right there with you.

Again, sorry, and I hope I can make it up to you with some additional content releases before the end of the month.

Thank god, I was about to finish my subscription because of this.

my complaint was that AFTER I became a Patreon of DM Tool Chest it was announced that the full adventure would be in BroadSword. Since I didn't have a direct need for it, I could have waited, but live and learn i guess.

Thank you - I was annoyed at this, but ended up subbing to DM workshop anyway

I wasn't that happy with the half/tease idea, but I came here to say that with the value I get from your Patreon has given you a lot of goodwill! You're one of the best around!

Ok, I am glad I wasn't the only one who was thinking this. Thank you Dave and to the other that spoke up.

Cool of you to to bring this up...says a good deal about your integrity. Thanks man.

MJ

Thank you Dave, I admire the honest and quick response. Very, very well done.

I always appreciate honesty and self critizism. That is why I still am a Patron even though I rarely have the time to appreciate All the good stuff

Dave, Thank you for trying it. Its hard to know which things will work and which will fail. Also props to recognising it was a truly duff one. I disliked it enough to just not read either adventure. They might be amazing but getting half a product is never good.

Thank you for this. I was beginning to worry this was going to become the norm.
