Fortunately, he vanished nearly a century ago. Tostrasz was last seen flying east over the Ocean of Warna, purportedly hunting for new kingdoms. Rumors now swirl that Tostrasz will soon make his return and lay waste to the nations of humanoids who defeated him and his brethren
Half-Elemental. Tostrasz is more than just an ancient red dragon. Tostrasz is the progeny of an elder elemental and the progenitor of red dragons, Zaxkosis. His scales are black like charred wood and fire constantly burns at the back of his throat. It's believed that Tostrasz is heir to a mighty kingdom within The Burn, the elemental plane of fire. Some whispers that he gave up his throne in order to fulfill his burning desire to conquer Casar.

2021-01-22 00:49:13 +0000 UTCDave, I noticed two minor typos. The first is the period missing at the end of the sentence of the first paragraph "defeated him and his brethren" and the other is under the Flame Burst where it calls for a DC 26 "aving" throw.
