Let's Create a Monster! Part 2

Hey all!
Last month, I think we had a lot of fun having everyone suggest monsters, voting on which ones were the coolest, and then having Nacho Lazaro draw them up while I stat them. So let's do it again!
Here's the rules:
1. Give me ONE idea for a freaky monster for me to stat and him to draw. Please, keep it clean. Nothing that's intellectual property (ie, don't ask for Wolverine or a beholder variant). And nothing that's going to trigger folks (ie. don't ask me to make Donald Trump, etc.)
2. THEN go through and like the three monster ideas that you like the most. You can even like your own if you want. But just like three!
The three people who get the most votes get to have their monster statted by DMDave and designed by Nacho Lazaro. Plus, you'll get a shoutout for the creature design in the BroadSword in which they're featured.

I am not sure if it would be allowed but in the old TSR Book Spectre of the Black Rose there was a creature known as the Bloody Cobbler. Basically when someone died he took the heels and soles off the feet of people if i remember correctly. He then actually turned them into shoes for other people.
