Help me come up with Kobold traps!

My big holiday-themed release is right around the corner, and it's going to be a rerelease of one of my most popular adventures—Kobold Alone! I've already got all the traps from Home Alone 1 down, but I thought I might source all of you for some more nifty kobold traps.
If you don't know what a Kobold Trap is, it's usually a trap rudimentary trap that's easy to set up, deals low damage, and often frustrates and embarrasses the characters more than it kills.
Of course, all the traps in Home Alone—bricks to the face, glue and feathers, hot iron on a string—are perfect examples of Kobold Traps.
What other ideas do you have?
Let me know down in the comments. So long as it fits the theme and I haven't already added it to my list, I'll give it statistics and include it in the upcoming adventure module.
And please—no need to get wordy or describe the mechanics. I'll handle that part! A simple sentence (or even a few words) works fine. Examples include:
- Skunk in a pantry
- Blow torch to the head
- Glue on the hands
As usual, keep it clean and only one suggestion per patron!
