Of course they exist! You live in a world with goblins and dragons and zombies and you don't believe sasquatches exist? While their numbers may have dwindled over the years, these gentle, neutral humanoids still lurk in the primordial forests of the world. They are especially common in Wallingmiotta and even the forests north of Knotside. Unfortunately, the Garrish eliminated most of the sasquatches that called their forests home.

Having only primate-like intelligence, these creatures are surprisingly sharp. They can speak the Common and Sylvan tongues—albiet somewhat broken—and some have even been known to join druidic circles and learn spells.

Another common misconception about sasquatches is that they are carnivorous. They are actually vegetarians, preferring to eat roots, tree leaves, and even bark. What's more is they try not to deprive a single tree of all its leaves, preferring to leave plenty so the tree may survive. For this reason, the treants of the Amber Forest are very protective of their friends the sasquatches. Camorian lumberjacks once made the mistake of hunting sasquatches. A few days later, treants destroyed the town's lumbermill. The folks of Camor learned their lesson.
