The word “stockpile” was used in two different ways in this series. The quirk that All For One gave his brother was called a stockpile quirk because it could stockpile raw power. Yoichi had a quirk that never fully developed but it combined with the stockpile quirk to create One For All. I’ve always suspected that Yoichi’s quirk would have been the same as his brother’s if it had properly developed. The other use of the word stockpile in this series was referring to the stockpile of quirks that All For One had stolen and given to Shigaraki. That was just a generic use of the word and not a reference to a type of quirk. It would be the same as me saying I have a stockpile of DVDs and CDs. It was just saying they had a collection of stolen quirks.
