All I have is this map and the title. But who is the one-eyed baron?
(Please, make your answers SFW, I do realize the implications of this title but hey... you roll with what a random generator gives you.)

The attacking town couldn't react when the undead came at night and wiped them out. Now, and for the last one hundred years, a dense fog permeates the city. Undead guards march their rounds and the One eyed Baron watches still. A glowing fire in one socket and an endless night in the other within his ghostly form.
